Our new satin blouse has been carefully designed & hand-crafted to created a balloon sleeve silhouette resulting in a flattering and completely comfortable fit. We have added a long drape neckline that can be tied at the front or the back. 

Every Palm Row item is handmade in house. Please include your height and measurements at checkout in the 'Special Instructions' box. Orders without measurements will follow our standard size guide.
