Palm Row is a handmade luxury brand. All  collections are hand-crafted to order in our Atelier therefore, we do not offer returns/refunds. This is clearly stated on our website. Please consider this before purchasing. Please leave your measurements in the special instructions box at checkout, we will make your item using our size guide if this is not filled out, you can find this on our website.
