Palm Row is a handmade luxury brand. All  collections are hand-crafted to order in our Atelier therefore, we do not offer returns/refunds.

This is clearly stated on our website. Please consider this before purchasing. 

Each item is handmade to order, individually crafted for you. Please include your measurements in the 'Special Instructions' box at checkout; otherwise, your item will be made according to our standard size guide, which can be found on our website. 

Alternatively,  you're welcome to arrange a studio visit where we can measure you in person and help you find your perfect fit! Please contact us via email/Instagram DM to arrange your studio appointment.
