Return Policy

Palm Row is a handmade luxury brand. All  collections are hand crafted to order in our Atelier therefore, we do not offer returns/refunds. This is clearly stated on our website. Please consider this before purchasing. Please leave your measurements in the notes section at checkout. If not we will make your item using our size guide, you can find this on our website.

Alternatively, please contact us via email/Instagram DM to arrange a studio visit where we can measure you and help you find your perfect fit.

We do not allow returns/refunds/exchanges on any swimwear for hygiene reasons 

On any item purchased through our 'Ready to Ship’ page we do offer returns/refunds/exchanges/store credit on any items that are unworn & showing no visible signs of wear as these items are not made to order therefore, are not customised. Please contact us at customercare@palmrow.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. We allow 7 days from this date to receive your return and process your refund/exchange/store credit.
