Return Policy

All our collections are handmade to order therefore, we do not offer returns/refunds. Please make sure you are completely satisfied before placing your order as your order will be processed straight away. Please contact us with any questions via the contact page, email customercare@palmrow.co.uk or by Instagram DM before placing your order.

We do offer store credit / exchanges on purchases - please contact us at customercare@palmrow.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange this. We allow 7 days from this date to receive your return and process your exchange/store credit.

We do offer returns/refunds/exchanges/store credit on any items that are purchased through our 'Ready to Ship' page as these items are not made to order therefore, are not customised. Please contact us at customercare@palmrow.co.uk within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. We allow 7 days from this date to receive your return and process your refund/exchange/store credit.
