Please note we are a handmade brand based in the UK.  Our turnaround time is 10-14 working days plus shipping.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, with our turnaround still applied.

International orders (delivery outside the UK) are sent via Royal Mail

Please note duty & taxes are not included in the price and you may be asked by the courier/customs to pay a small fee.

Rest of the World Standard Delivery: £18 (Royal Mail 7-14 Working Days)

It is the customers responsibility to have your order delivered to a secure location/address. Depending on your address - apartments/flats/ office/ work address it is your responsibility to ensure your building is secure and trusted. Palm Row will not take liability if you claim your delivery address is not secure / shared & recommend choosing an alternative delivery address if this is the case.
