International orders (delivery outside the UK) are sent via DHL & Royal Mail

Please note duty & taxes are not included in the price and you may be asked by the courier/customs to pay a small fee.

It is the customers responsibility to have your order delivered to a secure location/address. If this apartments/flats/ office/ work address it is your responsibility to ensure your building is secure with trusted neighbours. We will not take liability if you claim your delivery address is not secure / shared & recommend choosing an alternative delivery address if this is the case.

We do not currently offer returns or exchanges as everything is handmade. Any issues with your order please contact us on Instagram or email.
