Return & Exchange Policy

Palm Row is a handmade luxury brand. All items are hand-crafted to order, specifically for you, in our atelier therefore, are non-refundable. 

We do not accept returns

On items that are In Stock we allow exchange only - items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, unwashed - with original tags attached - to  request an exchange, please email customercare@palmrow.co.uk with your order number & details within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then send you our returns address & you have 7 days to return your order for exchange. 

•Once your return has been received and checked by us, your exchange/credit note will be issued as soon as possible. Please note your exchange will be made according to our current turn-aroud time.

Alternatively, please contact us via email/Instagram DM to arrange a studio visit where we can measure you and help you find your perfect fit.

Palm Row does not offer returns/refunds. This is clearly stated on our website. Please consider this before purchasing
